Shaping the image of a company's efforts towards it's employees.

Headquartered in Atlanta, AMB Sports and Entertainment (AMBSE) is the parent company of the NFL's Atlanta Falcons, MLS's Atlanta United FC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, AMBSE Ventures and PGA TOUR Superstore.

They operate out of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and oversee operations for all brands with a dedication toward elevating the possibilities and culture of sports and entertainment throughout Georgia and nationwide.

AMBSE Associate Policies & Procedures Handbook

A solid understanding of a company's expectations and policies plays a major role in the health of the company's culture. Without it you have a recipe for disaster.

The HR Department's original policy handbook for AMBSE consisted of a generic, text heavy Word document. This presented a major risk of associates overlooking crucial information or becoming discouraged in better understanding the company's policies.

After meeting with the Director of HR Operations we identified a solution of developing an interactive PDF that would allow associates and seasonal staff to easily and quickly navigate the dense amounts of information—while keeping readers engaged in each topic through accompanying illustrations.

While the agency focuses on entertainment they still maintain a serious and corporate culture. With this in mind inspiration for the design and illustrations were taken from the stadium itself that the associates operate inwith a nod to the company's existing Core Values graphic.

Visualizing the priority of an employee's wellbeing.

Wellbeing is an on-going initiative of the HR Department at AMB Sports + Entertainment (AMBSE) that provides the tools for associates to maintain their physically and mental wellbeing.

 

 

With the help of a kickoff meeting with HR we discovered that a unique, on-brand visual identity would best serve their goal in promoting this initiative to associates within the organization for years to come—living across IPTVs, PowerPoint decks, emails, and printed collateral.

The identity uses a logo mark and supporting graphics in the theme of puzzle pieces to reinforce the initiative’s mission of providing associates with the right pieces needed to achieve wellbeing in workplace.

Many of the tools provided are through guest speaker workshops, handbooks, annual activations, and weekly communications on tips and resources useful in and out of the workplace.
